Peng Benbang, professor, concurrently serves as Vice Chairman of Pre-Qin Chinese History Society, Director of China Guo Moruo Research Society, Vice Chairman of Sichuan Institute of Confucius Research, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Sichuan Dayu Cultural Research Committee, academic member of Sichuan Province Bashu Cultural Research Center. Prof. Peng once served as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard-Yenching Institute, Harvard University (1997-98), and Director of the Chinese Social History Association (1992-2000).
